I’ve been a patient here for a year and a half. The attention and customer service has always been outstanding. Today, was totally a different scenario… customer service at the front desk was outrageous.
Some people were just not on their game. But I guess that can happen

Dr. Metzger has a wonderful way of putting a patient's fear in perspective. My only gripe is that the waiting area in the office is way too cold.

Dr. Harring is wonderful! He is personable, knowledgeable & good about giving my husband Alan Schlossberg the time he needed.
The office is very crowded with some long wait times…which is a minus.

My appointment was for 1030. After checking in at the front desk I had about a forty five minute wait before seeing Dr. Harring. This was the first appointment with Dr. Harring. I was referred to Dr. Harring from my GP in North Carolina. Dr. Harring is physician who communicates to you as a person. I’ve found my new cardiologist!! and I’m traveling from PSL. Dr. Harring’s nurse is fantastic as well. The amount of time that Dr. Harring and his nurse spent with me today explains the forty five minute wait that I had. Well worth it in my opinion!

The waiting room was a madhouse.
